As a legal adult in my state of residence and in the state where this event is to be held, and in consideration of the payment of my fees for 'Devil City Swing 2010 ', I agree that I understand the risks involved in dance activity, and acknowledge "that the organisers of 'Devil City Swing 2010' cannot be held liable or responsible for any claims or demands in respect to injury, loss or danger to my person or property I might incur as a result of taking part. By registering I acknowledge that I may be photographed or videoed for promotional purposes and that any objection to this must be supplied in writing to Devil City Swing prior to the event.
